For our in-house customs brokerage service, we have a team of proficient and skilled customs experts who are well equipped with the knowledge of using current release strategies to make sure that your goods are cleared swiftly and in full compliance of set regulations.
KMM Global Inc. has in-house customs brokerage to clear DDP/DAP shipments based on the customer needs.
In Incoterms, DDP (delivered duty paid) means that the seller delivers the goods at buyer´s premises or given location (without unloading). However, the transport risk is transferred from buyer to seller in the same place where the goods are delivered. When it comes to DDP, all costs and taxes of import clearance are paid by the seller.
In incoterm, DAP (delivered at the place) means that the seller the seller delivers the goods at the place of destination in the buyer’s country without unloading. Under DAP terms, the seller passes the risks to the buyer from the point of destination mentioned in the contract of delivery.
Needless to say, if you need any consultancy regarding the Incoterms (e.g. FOB, CIF, DDP, DAP), we will provide all the necessary guidance to you. You can also visit us for free consulting on incoterms and everything that is related to the responsibilities of sellers and buyers for the delivery of goods under sales contracts.
